Nita saini started her journey years ago and hasn't stopped since, she completed Professional Yoga training 200, 500 ryt. She has experienced and Certified in different types of Yoga, to name a few Ashtanga Yin, Postnatal, Prenatal, Pranayama and meditation. She’s deeply passionate about teaching Yoga; her journey has taught her to value perseverance, discipline, connection, and self-love. Along with Yoga she is Pursuing a different level of Ayurveda Science to explore more about the human body. Learning and exploring different types of body and the diet they should be following. She is more focused in improving people from roots and compliment them with a better lifestyle with utmost Nourished body and Peaceful mind and motivate them to peacefully progress in their journey of balancing them.
